1. Who we are
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Acquire Your Purpose website (acquireyourpurpose.co) and any purchases made through it. "We", "us", and "our" refer to Acquire Apparel Company. "You" means the person browsing or purchasing. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
2. Products & pricing
We describe our garments as accurately as we can. Colors on your screen may differ slightly from the physical product — every monitor calibrates a little differently, and our fabrics are garment-dyed which naturally varies from lot to lot. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Product availability is not guaranteed and we may correct pricing errors at any time.
3. Orders & payment
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never store your full card number on our servers. Sales tax will be added where required by law.
4. Shipping
Orders ship from our fulfillment partners in the US or EU depending on your address. Standard delivery is 5–10 business days domestic, 10–20 international. We'll email you tracking once it's on its way. We're not liable for carrier delays, customs holds, or address entry errors on your end.

6. Intellectual property
All content on this site — photography, copy, logos, garment designs, "acquire" script, A+ cross monogram, scripture arrangements — is our intellectual property or used with permission. Please don't copy, resell, or use commercially without written consent. Personal, non-commercial sharing of our brand story is welcome and encouraged.
7. User conduct
Please don't attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, or use it to distribute anything unlawful. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone acting in bad faith.
8. Newsletter & communication
If you subscribe to The Walk journal or opt in at checkout, we'll email you occasionally with drops, scripture reflections, and news. You can unsubscribe with one click at the bottom of any email.
9. Privacy
We collect only what we need to fulfill your order and communicate with you — name, email, shipping address, phone (optional), and payment info via Stripe. We do not sell your data. Newsletter emails are stored securely and never shared.
10. Disclaimers & liability
Our garments are cotton apparel — they are not medical, protective, or performance gear. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or use of the site is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Clark County, Nevada (Las Vegas).
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised terms.
