Our promise
We stand behind every garment we make. If something isn't right — wrong size, print defect, damage in transit, or a change of heart — we'll make it right.
Eligibility window — 14 days
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. Items must be:
- — Unworn and unwashed
- — With original tags attached
- — Free of scent (perfume, smoke, detergent) and pet hair
- — In original packaging where possible
Underwear, sale items, gift cards, and custom-embroidered pieces are final sale.
How to start a return
Email returns@acquireyourpurpose.co with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply within 2 business days with a pre-paid return label (US domestic) or return instructions (international).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take an additional 3–10 days to reflect the funds. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of our error or defective product.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Email us — we'll ship the replacement as soon as your return is on its way. If the new item is a different price, we'll refund or invoice the difference.
Defects & damage in transit
If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll replace it at no cost — no return shipping required.
Missing or lost packages
If your tracking shows delivered but nothing has arrived, please wait 3 business days (packages are sometimes marked early). Then email us and we'll open a carrier investigation and reship if needed.
